First groundbreaking of ARTE LULIN

With a ceremony for the "First Groundbreaking" we started the construction of the Arte Lulin building. A solemn blessing for health and success was celebrated for all those who will take part in the construction.

Arte Lyulin is the latest project of #ArteIMMO located in Lyulin 2. The building is facing Lul. Dobrinova skala and ul. Itzcah Graziani, close to a future metro station on ul. Tsaritsa Ioanna. The project offers spacious commercial premises on the first floor and 7 residential floors numbering 71 apartments and studios.
